Domestic Shipping (India)

  • All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 (three) working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

Special Product Delivery Timepline

  • Filter Coffee Franchise Kit: Estimated delivery time is 15 to 25 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • This timeline is due to customized preparation and packaging requirements.

Delivery Details

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address and contact details are accurate and complete.

Shipping Confirmation 

  • A shipping confirmation will be sent to the registered email address once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking details will be shared, wherever applicable.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to courier or logistics issues.
  • SUMIZZ COFFEE’s responsibility is limited to dispatching the order within the committed timeframe.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned.
  • Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost, if applicable.

Damaged Packages

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
  • In case of visible damage or tampering, please refuse delivery or record proof and inform us within 6 hours of receipt.
